Off-Campus Food Guide

The Off-Campus Food Guide has information to help you purchase and prepare healthy, affordable, and sustainable food. The contents of the guide include recipe resources, nutrition tips, student organizations, cooking tutorials and classes, profiles of nearby grocery stores, transportation resources, budgeting tips, and more! The guide was created for the course ENVIRON 391: Sustainability and the Campus during the winter semester of 2015.
